Introduction to Food Preservation: Apples

from $5.00

Do you want to start canning your summer fruits to save for later? Are you working toward having a low waste kitchen?

Join KWLOT to learn how to process, can, dehydrate, store, and more!

This workshop will cover the preservation process for apples using a variety of the kitchen tools in our inventory, such as:

- Automatic rotary peeler

- Mandolin slicer

- Rotary food press

- Stovetop waterbath canner

- Pressure canner/cooker
