Sewing for Beginners: Sustainable Holiday Stocking

Let’s have ourselves a merry little Stitch-Mas with an upcycling sewing class!

Take that old sweater, pair of denim, or thrifted fabric and sew yourself a sustainable holiday stocking. This event is BYOM (Bring Your Own Materials) so we can sew more sustainability during the holiday season.

This class will be taught by our friends at Basadi Sewing, a social enterprise employing newcomer moms through the art of sewing.

Join us for an event where you’ll learn new skills and walk away with an upcycled stocking to hang on your merry mantel.

This event is “pay what you can”. Pay what feels right for your budget.
